Q: Does this shirt shrink after washing/drying?

I worked for RL Polo for a while on the retail side and even years later, prefer Polo. The shirts don’t shrink, the colors don’t fade, and they don’t go out of style. You’ll be pleased with how the shirts perform, even years later.

I'm not sure whether I can help you or not. My son is 6 ft 1 weighing about 150 and I bought him the large because he doesn't like a fitted shirt and he gets larges for length. It seems to me that a M would fit you.
