Simply wonderful neutral hi-fi headphones. Bravo Dali
I'll try keep this brief. They sound amazing so will mainly talk about features/ usageWell It's taken me a while to land on these after trying offerings from sony, sennheiser, audio technica, bang & olufson, bowers & wilkins and by default I just skipped Bose. Honestly, these are the best sounding bluetooth cans in this price bracket objectively and for me...subjectively - I like a flat un-coloured detailed sound (audiophile-esque), these have that and they also sound fantastic. Lows, mids, highs - none of it is lost, it's all there and sounding incredible. Not only do they sound great they are fully featured too. Usb C, super long battery life, good passive noise cancellation, decent active noise cancellation (not class leading but still good), bluetooth 5, usb C Dac, 3.5mm passive mode, well built, replaceable earcups, AptX HD (24 bit over bluetooth). 30 hour battery life, decent buttons, a nice case. These came at a time where Amazon Music Unlimited HD just came out (free trials/12.99 for prime members)- combine the two and an AptX HD capable phone and you are in for a treat. Im using the combination of a P30 pro, Dali, Amazon Music HD and oh boy...all I've done after work for the past week is listen to music and its made me fall in love with songs all over again. Cant wait to hear these cans again in 100hours time after some burn-in.I havnt tried these wired yet music wise other than for gaming/watching video but has been positive so far. Surprisingly there is no audio delay on android over bluetooth when watching video which is a first for me so great for consuming video content. These headphones can do it all, at home listening, commuting, gaming, films. They are master of all trades.....jack of one.... no multi-point bluetooth. I can live without that considering how much Dali have got right here. Dali are firmly number one for me and my second/third place goes to the b&o h9V3/momentum 3's but they both had too many things that annoyed me, including a floppy case on both and codec support....another thing Dali got right, a proper case to go with the high end bluetooth cans! These could easily have cost me £100 more and Id still be over the moon with them, my search for a hi-fi bluetooth can is over. Bravo Dali.Pro's -Sound Quality...volume, clarity, detail, soundstage (for closed cans) - all of it is excellent, lows, mids highs. OooshGood Passive Noise CancellationGood Active Noise CancellationClass leading battery life of 30hoursBluetooth 5 + Aptx-HDA proper 3.5mm passive port with low impedance of 25ohmsUSB C Dac...this is a truly great/unique feature of these cansBuild QualityCase/bundles accessoriesDesign / buttons are greatCons -No multi-point bluetooth (the biggest/ only real con but I can live with it as they are THAT good. firmware update?)No app currently (future? would be nice to inject some EQ for times where I fancy more dynamic punch)No alternative ear pads (future? - would love an alternative to the stock ones)Size - Might be a fraction on the large side but they are 50mm drivers so thats expected

Great Sound but uncomfortable after an hour
The sound is amazing with a good music source on these headphones but sadly had to return as they became uncomfortable to wear after only an hour or so I was constantly adjusting them for comfort and at this price I dont want to be messing with them every 5 minutes. I don't have large ears but they were squeezed in hence the discomfort. I really wanted to enjoy these headphones and they really do sound great and reccomend them but be aware they can fatigue the top of your ears after only a short time.

Top quality headphones
I finally ended up buying these cans for an upgrade to my B&W PX after trying several others. Firstly I had to send two sets of PX7s back as they had a fault of a crackling noise in the right ear piece, next I bought the Sony 1000xm3s but the creaking of the headband was unbearable when walking with them on, so they went back. I decided to try the Bose 700 but no shops had them on demonstration (not even John Lewis!) so I was just about ready to give up completely. Then I saw an advert for these IO6 and the reviews seemed quite favourable so I thought why not give them a try. Well I am now so pleased that all the others were substandard because these are the Mecca of the headphones in the £300 -400 price range. I will concur with the other reviews written above about how good the sound and quality is so as not to repeat it all once more, suffice to say that if you buy these headphones you will not be disappointed, when I tried them in a shop I had a smile from ear to ear over how great they sound.

Great sound, bad build
I loved these headphones. They have an excellent sound quality, easily the best I've heard from wireless. They also have a great battery life. Their noise cancelling isn't great, but that's ok for me as comfort and sound takes precedence. After using them for a few months though, the power switch started having issues and turning the switch on too far would fail to connect the headset. Now it's an annoying on/off game every timemo want to use them.

Easy listening
These are a headphone that puts musical engagement first. They are not spectacularly detailed, and they have a "laid back" approach to music presentation, but they are hugely engaging and they draw you into the music. Tonally neutral / slightly warm. Always a pleasure to listen to.Pros: An easy and engaging listen. Good passive isolation and minimal sound leakage. Comfortable.Cons: Not the most detailed sound. Noise cancellation average. Some circuit noise audible when no music playing.

Disappointed
I couldn't get on with these headphones and returned them. The fit I found very bulky (I found myself banging into things as they protrude a lot). The sound quality was very flat. The Bluetooth connection wasn't very reliable and sometimes just dropped out. And I could not get used to the controls on the ear. I wanted to love these but couldn't. Finally replaced them with the cheaper Sony market leaders.

Sublime headphones
These sound great, even with Spotify as source. Well balanced, natural sound, wide soundstage, vocals sparkling like jewels, and sufficient bass to provide a punchy and insistent backdrop. They fit well, and the earpieces adjusted to my ears and achieved a great seal within seconds. I had read that noise cancellation isn't their strong suit, but actually I can't hear anything in the house when they're on and it seems fine to me. Headphones are so subjective but I'm really pleased with this purchase, best headphones I've had by a distance, and they really have given my music a new lease of life.

Very nice
So well made, but they lack depth and space.

Sound reproduction excellence above all
Beautiful all around. Musical with excellent noise cancelling. Good battery and comfortable to wear. The “British guy”madds a bit of whimsy announcing “Bluetooth paired” and “Battery 100%”. Pricey? Not really. Half the price of Focal Bathys with matching sound.

Buzzing and broken
I had the left earcup have a low humming/buzzing sound. Very distracting. Also they are quite heavy, have a very high clamping pressure which I don't like, and earcups that are too small. These are not comfortable to wear especially for a long time. They are quite flat in profile, but the sound stage seems better than my Wh-1000xm4. I don't recommend them. Even if your pair works and you like the sound profile, they are not comfortable and can become painful to wear over a long time.

Extremely good, but manage your expectations
To start off with, I compared these back to back with the Bowers & Wilkins PX7's and the new Sony XM4's. I also have wired Sony 7506's, V600's and vintage Pioneers. The reason I recommend managing your expectations is that, compared to a decent pair of mid-priced wired headphones, these are pretty good. Very neutral, clean, and sharp in their response. Almost like the 7506's in their sound profile in that they have a very "studio monitor" kind of feel, not bass heavy with a slight roll off of the highs. Dali seems to focus their headphones on music instead of noise cancelling (NC), and that's fine by me. Sony, on the other hand, is the exact opposite of the spectrum. They push NC so much that you can never escape the digital signal processing. No matter how much you tweak them, that oversampled, over-processed sound is right there, overwhelming the music. Bowers takes a slightly different path by creating their own signature sound. It sounds amazing, for like 30 minutes, then it falls apart. I prefer to compare the 3 like this, the Bowers are like sitting stage center, front row at a rock concert. Everything is right there, present and loud, but after a couple of songs, you realize the guitarist's amp is too close and you need to move back a bit from the stage because your ears are starting to hurt. Certain frequencies and instruments are boosted too high and, while fun for a hot minute, can't be enjoyed long term. The Dali's are like sitting in the middle of that same audience. Back far enough to appreciate all the instruments, none of them are louder than any other, and everything's clear and balanced. The Sony's are similar to the Dali's in that way, but you have a bag over your head making everything muddled. And no, I'm not bashing the Sony's like many self-proclaimed audiophiles, they mainly do one thing really, really well, noise cancelling...that's it. Turn them off, then on again, NC comes on automatically. No setting can change that. Tweak the audio to clean them up, they still sound processed. No escaping that. The Bowers are fine for teenagers or anyone eating "Extreme" anything. The Dali's are a nice sounding first, noise cancelling second, pair of headphones. BT connectivity and range are great. The deep male notification voice is a nice departure from the norm, and you have the options of feeding in audio through a standard headphone cable (use your own amp...yay!), or through the USB while charging at the same time. Bonus for long trips. I kept the Dali's and returned the other two. While the NC of the Dali's isn't anywhere near Sony or Bose, that's not why I was buying headphones in the first place. It's good enough to reduce flying fatigue and noisy fans, but the clarity of music is where these shine most.
