These are worth the extra cost
Not only are these quieter than the cheaper ones, they don't run the risk of blowing up your 3d printer. The ultra cheap options can very easily fail and blow your main board. I am very happy with these and would choose these over the cheaper ones every time. A couple extra dollars for a functionally better product and less of a chance of blowing up your main board is way worth it to me.

Pretty strong compared to others.
This is a pretty strong fan. I've bought a few other for my 3d printer and these are one of the good ones. Loud but strong.

Absolute Unit
These have been excellent fans so far! I personally use one of them as a 3D printer part cooling fan. I needed higher static pressure and higher CFM than the cheap sleeve bearing fan I had been using.Plus:-The motors are beefy and able to provide solid static pressure. Air velocity at the nozzle of the part cooling duct has to be at least twice what it was before.-The bearings on these fans are quite smooth, and there is very little slop in them.-In my use case, this fan absolutely rips.Cons:-They are still somewhat noisy, even if the bearings are smooth.-The aforementioned beefy motor adds a bit of heft to these fans.Other Considerations:-These fans have a radius to the edges of the exhaust. If you plan on installing these, make sure you take this into account, and modify your design or use a sealant/putty.Solid unit (well, in this case, two) of a fan both in terms of weight and performance. If your goal is to shave weight, may want to go a different route, but I'd say the extra weight is worth it in terms of cooling performance.

really good but heavy
I need them for a nevermore voron filter and seam great for this function. move a lot of air with decent noise (no high pitch). However, I would not use them for a 3d printer tool head since the unit is pretty heavy.

Quiet fans, but they don't last very long. Don't waste your money on these.
I received my fans around the end of February and installed them in my 3D printer mid-March. They worked fine the first few times I used my printer. At about the end of April, one of them failed to turn on. I swapped out the fan to see if it was a problem with my printer or a problem with the fan. The replacement fan worked fine. Tried plugging the non-functioning fan into something else and it still didn't work. So the life span for these fans are about 1 to 2 months. Not a very good value. Now I'm wondering how long the second fan will last.Very poor quality product. Don't waste your time or money on these things.

One fan doesn't work, the other shakes
There were problems with the product, but customer support/the seller was very good, very nice, and I think that deserves a pretty good review.

Unreliable
Installed these two fans and they worked well for one month and two days. Then they stopped. Two days over the return period. I have bought four other brands of this same motor and this is the first and only brand to fail. A very short lifetime.
