Have been taking this brand for years and never had a problem. I would say there is no taste but I usually swallow with water and do not taste anything bad

Not all Vit D Created Equal
I was taking 10,000 IU of another brand of vit D and my numbers were STILL low! My Endocrinologist suggested I switch to this brand specifically and drop down to 2000 IU per day. I was a little nervous, but quickly started to feel so much better. New blood tests revealed I was finally up to healthy levels to vitamin D. He said that this is the brand he takes for himself, and that not all brands are created equal; some are better absorbed than others. You get what you pay for!
