After a month or two, starts to leave streaks :-(
Updated Review:I am changing from 2 stars to 4 stars, based on the company's excellent customer service. They reached out to me and offered new ink or a refund. I chose the new ink. They have contacted me once or twice a week since then to make sure I am satisfied. I am still having trouble with their ink leaving streaks..not immediately, but after several uses. I will not order from them in the future, but I do greatly appreciate their excellent customer service.Original Review:* Please take note that most of the 4 & 5 star reviews are left by people who either just received the ink in the mail or have only used it a few times.I purchased this ink on 10/20/17, for use on a Canon Color printer (model # mf8580cdw). It is mostly used for printing 230 bulletins every week on coated paper. Within a month, the magenta color and black color started to create very noticeable lines across every page that was printed. Another month later, the yellow and cyan color started doing the same thing. I was happy about the cheap price, but you do get what you pay for. I will not be buying from this company again, I am sad to say. I was really hoping this would work out. The product description states there is a 24 month warranty, but I haven't figured out how to contact someone. Hopefully a representative will find this review and contact me.

Seems legit
I have been running my LJ20205dn on "officially empty" toner cartridges for over a year - maybe two - but using the "low supplies override" function on the printer. Eventually though, it seemed like it was really and truly getting close to empty, so it was time for a refill. I decided to give these a try because of, no secret, the cheap price (vs almost $400 for an HP set). This order from Amazon came FAST, and it was packed nice. The cartridges come in a nice, sturdy, fancy (for printer cartridges) box. Rather nice for such cheap printer cartridges. First impression was very positive. So, I took the old cartridges out and put these new ones in. Printer went through its cleaning cycle and made itself ready to print. The LJ Printer Utility running on my Mac showed all of the cartridges at 99% with no pages printed on them. It did report them as non-HP cartridges though.I printed 3 test pages and all 3 looked great. First print was the device status page for the printer. Some green, blue, black - all over the page. Thin lines, thick lines, text, boxes, filled boxes, etc. Looks good! Second print was a panorama of the golden gate bridge on a summer day. Full length of the page, about 3" top to bottom. Plus some small text in the corners of the page and along one edge. Once again, looks great, including the very thin suspension lines on the bridge. Third and final page was a photo that took the entire page, leaving a 1/2" margin all the way around. This required a lot of toner - it's a forest scene with a lot of green. All of the details on the foliage look great. The detail on the dirt looks great. The child in the center of the photo wearing red and blue look great. This printer is not a photo printer, but really, this photo looks pretty damned good for coming off a laser printer.I'm giving this product a thumbs up, for now.

The replacement toner cartridges have been a huge disappointment. 12/16 update
The replacement toner cartridges have been a huge disappointment. They in no way list for 3000+ pages. My ink tanks show very low amounts and the cartridges have less than 1500 pages on them. So either the chips read incorrectly or they don't have the ink capacity stated. Either way I'm not happy. Also, there is a verticle blue line in the middle of every page I print that showed up about a week after I installed the new toner cartridges. Definitely won't buy or recommend again.UPDATE: After reading my review, Global contacted me to see what they could do to make things right. I had to send proof of the blue line, which is a reasonable request. On seeing the line they offered a refund or a new blue cartridge. I took the cartridge and have been using it a couple of weeks and it looks great. So I'm increasing the rating to 4 stars. Global also explained about using the printer menu system to find out actual cartridge levels (as opposed to those on the front of the printer). I don't like having to go that extra step but it is doable. I still don't think these cartridges give as many pages as advertised. These two reasons are why these cartridges do not get 5 stars from me.

Company stands behind what they sell
I have ordered many 4 cartridge sets over the past years and have never had an issue with any of them. This time I had an issue with one of the cartridges in the set where I couldn't remove the shipping lock, which is firmware controlled by the printer and cartridge. The Amazon return window had already closed by the time I installed them. I contacted the company directly and they were very responsive to trying to fix the problem. When it was determined it was defective, they replaced the entire set. It's a pleasure to work with a company that stands behind what they sell. Thank you. I will definitely purchase again!!

Lasted 5 years
A few months ago I needed to clean the black cartridge, which started to smudge. Youtube videos show how to do this. The magenta cartridge makes a faint stripe down the edge of every page. Other than that; no problems. After 5 years of use, I still have plenty of cyan and (surprisingly) black. I'm almost out of magenta and yellow. My printer hasn't warned me, but I notice these colors have become light on printouts, and supply levels report low.For the price, I'm satisfied.
