Back brace
Simple enough to say that proper back protection when lifting continuously is extremely important. I cannot tell you how many employees I met with horrible backs due to not wanting to waste the amount offered on such a positive tool. Totally worth it

Great support
Bought this fir my fractured back, felt so good that I bought one fir my husband , who has standard back pain from being a little over weight. He lives it too! Can be worn with or without the straps.

Velcro closures wore out after about 5 months - other reviews are correct, not good velcro.
I would not recommend this belt unless you plan on buying 3-4 per year. After 4 months of use, about 3 times per week, the velcro just stopped holding. Shop other products that may last longer.

This helped a lot
Love how the back has a sturdy support through the integrated plastic parts, while you can easily adjust the tightness of the belt to your comfort and need.
