Just like the real thing!
Very good! Tastes like the jerk chicken I had in the Caribbean. Perfect amount of heat for me. If you are sensitive, you may want the mild. I mix this at the ratio I believe I found on the company website. A ratio of 1 part EVOO (extra virgin olive oil) to 4 parts Walkerswood. I put a pretty large amount on my chicken, 1 tsp EVOO and 4 tsp Walkerswood for a large skinless breast, and pop in the fridge to marinate for about an hour. I'm sure homemade would be great too, but the wife doesn't like jerk chicken and it's not worth making homemade for two chicken breasts.I have used this on wings, a whole chicken, and boneless skinless chicken breast. This is a very good pre-made mix!

Broken Jar - No Returns
First off, the flavor of Walkers Jerk Seasoning is amazing. We love the product. The problem is that we ordered this in a three pack. When it arrived there was a mess inside the packaging. We finally determined that the seal on one of the jars had broken and a portion of the product had leaked everywhere. We cleaned everything up and attempted to return the three pack so we could re-order the product only to find out it’s “not eligible for return”. The policy seems unreasonable since the broken seal was caused by either the manufacturer or poor packing at the Distribution Center. So beware before ordering that, if there’s a problem, you’ll be stuck with it.

A co-worker of my wife is a pro-level BBQ kinda guy (competed to be a TV chef on that one network that deals with food). He brought in some wings that he had marinated in the mild jerk. She loved it and immediately ordered the mild and, knowing I'm about the burn, bought some of the hot 'n spicy.We've got a new tradition of smoking a dozen or so chicken legs (at $5 a pack to feed a family of 4, can't be beat!) and we marinate 1/2 in the mild jerk and 1/2 in the hot jerk.The flavor of both is great but the hot version, with delicious scotch bonnet and other traditional flavors cannot be beat.We love this stuff so much we've got a couple extra bottles. Considering how little you need to use (a large tablespoon will easily handle a dozen legs), we're stocked for at least the next year. Maybe.'Scuse me, I need to go order more... :)

Quality Control
I have never had a problem with this product before but when I opened the package, it was wet inside. The lid on one of the jars was loose. The security tape was in place though.

I made from scratch until I found this!
I used to make Jerk seasoning from scratch until I found out about this. Now I don't make the seasoning from scratch anymore. I just apply this seasoning as directed 24 hours in advance and cook in the oven or the grill and my jerk chicken turns out better than when I made my own seasoning.
