This keeps beverages hot or cold for 24 hours. No, I'm not kidding. The only problem is that the flip lid on the top is fragile.

I'm on my second tumbler and for both, the tab that friction locks the hinged lid shut gives up and breaks off after several months of use. Starbucks needs to offer replacement lids and gaskets because this is a good product and tumbler in terms of leak protection and insulation, but the lids and gaskets wear out WAY too easily and turn the whole product into garbage.

Great product, keeps my drink hot for hours at a time. My fiance got it for my for christmas since we got engaged at the national mall back in october. The seal on the lid fell out and was lost my second use was the only negative thing. Plan to purchase many more in this series as we travel.

In comparison to other tumblers my daughter purchased in our travels, this one seemed quite smaller than the others.

Cute but not worth the price. Very narrow thougt it was bigger and I was getting multiples for the price.

I like these tumblers a lot: keeps drink cold-ice lasts long enough, lid doesn’t leak, easy to clean, easy to transport in my purse and doesn’t sweat.But…it is smaller than I anticipated; 24 oz would hold me for a trip to town to shop. The lids are hard to open but definitely doesn’t leak. And then the lid’s lip broke. I still use it but it’ll leak. I can find a replacement lid for so many of Starbucks cups except for these 16oz tumblers. I’m sharing the lid from another one but what happens when that one breaks plus I’m down a tumbler for my family.
