Great ball for MFR
We use the 6 lb ball for myofascial release (MFR) and it’s wonderful. It’s also a great size and grip for any exercises utilizing the ball. It’s a great addition to our training tools. Great quality and recommended! I normally buy the Amazon essentials version, but it wasn’t available and this one is a perfect replacement.

Nice for the price
This is a rubbery ball in that when you slam it, it bounces. It has the texture of a basket ball. I didn’t weigh it so I am taking the sellers word for the actual weight. The black rubber is kind of peeling at the seams but that’s ok. Nice ball for my kids to work out with (ages 9&13)

I use this to workout at home when I can't make it to the gym. It is the perfect weight and size to do a few sets and reps for a great workout

Great for core workout
I really love the color of this weighted medicine ball and it's easy to grip. I don't know why people try to slam the medicine ball or bounce it on the ground because you will end up breaking it. It's not meant for that. It may look like a slam ball and or basketball, but that's not the intent of this type of medicine ball.
