Q: How does it work? I'm new to diffusers

The liquid is in the glass container. The wooden sticks are put into the holes of the lid of the glass container. The lovely smell of the liquid will slowly rise up the sticks. The sticks need to be turned the other way round every 4 or 5 days. I hope that makes sense to you.

Q: Is this reed diffuser sold directly from Yankee Candle as lots of reviews have said the scent is very weak. Thank you.

It is a genuine Yankee reed diffuser, I have bought the same one for a long time and the fragrance is as normal…lovely. Obviously sold through a retailers.

Q: Can you just buy the liquid on its own instead of the whole thing I have loads of bottles and just need to liquids to refill

As far as I am aware you have to buy the complete item. However, Amazon/RHS do certain fragrances which can be bought separately in bottles, I hope this helps

This is a Reed diffuser which consists of a scented oil in the holder and the aroma is released via the wooden sticks. Hope this explains its use.
