Really makes the sauce shine
If never tried this type of pasta before. I saw it used on one of those cooking shows and they called it the filet minion of spaghetti. It's hollow so the sauce fills in. If it's great sauce - use this past. If the sauce is just 'meh' then use something else. But you do want a strong tasting sauce.
