I use it to roll my leg muscles as I'm regrowing them after severe muscle atrophy and it works like a champ to help reduce recovery time and pain. Perfect amount of foamy-soft but hard enough to get a deep tissue massage. And the bearings on the roller are insanely smooth. A+ product 👍

I had originally gotten one that ended up being all hard plastic. The foam of this is much more comfortable on the muscles but still does the job to work out kinks.

Needed small roller to loosen muscle tightness from arthritis...Looked at rollers in PT and tried to find one similar..Many were pricey & some were cheaper..Therapist recommend a soft plastic like the one he was using..Price & size are perfect for me to use. So far, no complaints..
