Works great!
We bought the moveable hitch and the carrier together and they work perfectly. Tried to buy them on their website and the website was totally removed; not sure what’s going on there.

Not great quality, does NOT fit third party cargo carriers
Firstly, this thing is a nightmare to assemble. It's going to take some work. When I received it the cargo carrier adapter was not cut correctly so the bolts could not go through the holes. The seller was quick to respond and sent me a replacement item, but after installing it I discovered my third party cargo carrier does not fit. It is advertised as a 2" receiver but the adapter is just under 2". When I contacted the seller about this they said it will only fit their wheelchair carriers. Also, the weight of the arm causes it to lean substantially. I would recommend shelling out the extra hundred bucks for a higher quality item.

Works very well
Received this item on time and installed it the same night. Now I can swing away my mobility scooter carrier, SC400, to the side when I want to load my SUV trunk. Before the swing away attachment, I could still load my trunk but the carrier itself was too close to the car's trunk making it inconvenient to load the trunk and I ended up not using the car's trunk. This is an addition to my original review. I have used this now for about 6 months. It still works but the swing away option becomes harder to swing away. It also makes the whole carrier wobbly and the bottom end sometimes scratches the road when coming down an elevated part of a road. I decided to uninstall this swing away portion of the carrier. I still use the original carrier for my mobility cycle and it is now less wobbly and easier to use. I can still load the trunk of my SUV by opening the carrier to the down position.

Bends easily if used with a power wheelchair
The concept is great but fell short in application. I installed this on a minivan for use with a SC500 carrier. After two (2) uses the hinge for the arms was so bent, I felt unsafe using the product.I carried a power wheelchair (approximately 320 pounds). I drove on the streets and highways in Houston; no particularly rough roads. After the second use, I saw that the swing arm was bent/sliding off of the clamp. The only thing that kept the arm in place was the safety hitch pin, the retracting lock was not engaged. I had to remove the swing-away arm and the carrier pivot; reinstall the pivot on the carrier, then reinstall the carrier in the hitch receiver. All this while my wife (who is wheelchair bound) sat in my truck waiting. (Of course it was raining also.)

Needs a BIG vehicle
This is a great idea, but it does not work well on a small truck. It needs a standard size truck. It is extremely heavy and unless you are a weight lifter, it will take 2 people to put it on. It weighed down the back of my small pickup so the carrier dragged on the pavement. I had to take it off. It functions fine otherwise.
