I don't have any way to judge the quality of these vitamins, but I can say that they don't make me feel sick when I take them, and as gels there's no taste.

Easy to take
I enjoy these supplements because they are pretty small which makes them easy to take. Also, they have no smell or taste, which is definitely a plus for those of us who do not like to take pills. Great quantity as well
