Got my package on July 28. Small amount in package. Hoping for great results..What are the side effects?Update: I was sceptical at first and thought all the reviews were made up, however I bought the product and tried it after no menses for 4 months due to the pill. It doesn't have much of a taste, I mixed mine with water. I noticed in other reviews some mentioned they got different amounts of powder in each packet, all mine contained the same amount which didn't seem like much. Overall this product did not work for me.

After being on Progestin only birth control pills for 6 months my menstrual cycle started to delay 3-4 days late which made me bloated and uncomfortable from the pressure all while having menstrual cramps without blood. On the 4th day of a delayed period I mixed the birth control cleanse with warm tea and the very next morning my period dropped. Geesh what a relief. I continued for the 28 day cycle. So for starters when mixed with water the taste is horrible lol like biting a pill with no fluids but, when I mix with juice u don't taste it at all. I had a baby March 2020 got depo at the hospital I got if one more time after that. I was due August 36th but never hot it because it made me very mean and not wanting to have sex with my husband. I decided yo get this about a month ago it didn't give me my period it only made my boobs hurt and cramps with light spotting like my period was starting but it still hasn't come yet . Maybe my body just still has alot of the depo in it but I would recommend this product to those on other birth control methods just not depo.

So far so good on day 16 coming off birth control, no unpleasant side affects thanks to this. It does have a citrus taste. Still too early to tell if this will help regulate my periods but I hope it does!Edit: very inconsistent. Some days I get a decent amount that changes the color of my water and some days there is barley a sprinkle that doesn’t change the color of my water.
