Cooked completely in 1 hour
I read all of these reviews about people struggling with preparing these beans. That was not my experience. I soaked a cup of these beans overnight and put them in a 4 cups of water. Brought them to a boil, then turn them down to the lowest setting for an hour and they were perfect.
