Nice bulk pack of great batteries.
I use these in my digital calipers and it always seems that they do not work when you need them most. A simple battery change gets them going, but if there are none on hand it means a trip to the store where the price of these common batteries is Outrageous. I buy these 10 at a time now at a great price and keep them in my workshop. The cheaper off brand batteries I found can leak and you definitely do not want them damaging your tools or electronic equipment. The Energizer brand is great in my opinion and I have never had any problem with them. They also seem to last a long time and are sealed in the pack for storage. Don't mess around with cheap junk. Get these and keep them on hand.

USA - Made Batteries Work Fine
These individually blister-packed batteries arrived two days after being ordered. They're made in USA energizers and they work fine in the laser pen I got them for. I'd give them five stars except for the fact (and this is not the vendor's fault) that the packaging has no use-by or expiration date by which to determine potential shelf life. On the other hand, they're so expensive when purchased individually in retail stores, it still makes sense to buy them in appropriate quantities online.

Great for the long haul...
For some odd reason, I've acquired several items the past couple years that need this particular battery, though I've never used it before. One item is a camera, another is a small condenser microphone. I had a hard time tracking down the particulars on these batteries as it seems these small circular cell batteries change names/numbers over the years. The first batch of batteries I used were Ray-O-Vacs and they seemed to work decently enough. But, about a year ago I found a good deal on a batch of the Energizer 357's and tried them out. The difference to me was night and day. I didn't conduct any official tests, but I seemed to get a lot longer service life out of these that the first brand I tried. If I had to estimate, I'd guess around 30-40%. So, I've stuck with the Energizers ever since that time. I keep a lot of batteries on hand because I do a lot of work with my equipment, and I feel confident about the performance of these batteries, even after some time in storage. The only down side to me is the packaging. They're packed almost like allergy pills, and you can't really stack them neatly in a corner of a case or box because the packaging is uneven from side to side. It would be nice if Energizer sold these in a cheap pill-box style container-one battery per slot. That way, you could pack them flat while giving them a little protection from the rest of your packed equipment. I could use a pillbox of my own, but that's too big for such small batteries and a waste of space. But, that's just a little niggle and doesn't outweigh the benefit of the performance of these batteries.
