Flavorful and delicious
Used this to make gluten free cornbread in an instant pot. Delicious! Bag was damaged and leaked, but fortunately it was double bagged so nothing was lost just a bit messy.

Good stuff
Are use this when I bake pizzas so the pizza slides off the pan easilyI also put it in an ice bath when I get fresh shellfish, clams, so they eat this cornmeal water for a 24 hour period which cleans them out.

That it's Gluten Free
Baked some muffins with this along with some almond flour and they turned out great. Wish more local stores carried this as there is a family member that needs to be gluten free.
