It is 2.5mm like it says
I have no clue what all these low reviews are talking about. How is it the business's fault that You gone to a product that says "2.5 MM" not "3.5 MM" and yet still blame the business for your fault. Even some of the people here say that they were wrong and yet still blames the business by giving a bad review. Don't expect all reviews to be correct and full of people who know what they are saying. (Left jack is 2.5mm, Right jack is 3.5mm a clear difference for those who think they are always correct).

Aaaarggghhh! It's a 2.5, not a 3.5
It's my mistake and not the companies. The plug is 2.5mm and fits almost nothing. Most devices are 3.5mm. I just didn't look close enough. I can't imagine anyone is selling a 2.5mm. I hope I can send it back. I normally read the reviews before buying something, but for some reason I didn't on this item. Oh well.... Make sure your device will use a 2.5mm plug.

Don't buy this!
Be warned, this audio jack diameter doesn't fit in any headset port of any my current devices:, phone, PC, tablet or laptop.This is a sub-jack (2.5mm) while the standard size is 3.5mm diameter.

Worked well until the wires broke (after the clip broke)
I liked this at first because it enabled me to quickly and easily connect my Sandisk player to my ears. It comes with an adapter cable from the tiny plug to a slightly larger more common plug size, and that was very helpful.However, in short order the clip broke away from the device. Since the clip was for holding it at the back of the neck, I had to figure something out or stop using it. I used a metal binder clip with one of the handles threaded through the loop of the device. This worked quite well and was durable, though not as easy to use as the original clip.Then, after a few months, one of the channels' wires broke, right at the entry to the plug, due to no strain-relief and very fine wires. I could probably fix it by cutting off the plug and wiring a new plug in, but it's not worth the trouble at this point.

Now I have to buy an adapter Zip line tangles a lot.
