Good sturdy bike, excellent value, fine for 5'4" to 6'1"
This was bought mainly for my daughter and husband to use to avoid gym memberships. She is 5'7", he is 6'. They both found it comfortable for their height and the saddle is easily adjusted for different leg lengths. I have tried this for the first time today, I'm only 5'4" and it was fine for me too (would probably be ok for 5'2" but no shorter). Took about 30 minutes to assemble, easier with 2 people. Take care not to mix up the saddle and handlebar supports, parts look similar! We are not using it with software as we have it set up in an outbuilding (we live on a farm) and our Wi-Fi does not reach. It is easy enough to either download or record spin classes from You Tube until we get our Wi-Fi extended. Feels very solid/sturdy and after much research we feel it is excellent value for money, you really don't need to spend any more than this.

Good bike overall but with a few issues
I’ve had the bike just over two months and generally I am happy with it albeit with a couple of small issues. The bike was very easy to assemble and supplied with all the necessary tools required, although I struggled to fully tighten the pedals with the supplied spanner but fortunately I have my own pedal spanner so used this. The bike is set up in the spare bedroom and I’ve been using the bike indoors for virtual RPM/SPINNING classes (Les Mills).PRO’sBike is sturdy and feels secure/stable.Nice feeling and sturdy Handlebar, no issues with one hour long endurance climbing sessions.Pedal foot cages/pull straps are nice and sturdy.Heavier 25kg flywheel spins nicely and bike is pretty much silent when using. The adjuster levers are good and easy to tighten/loosen.The Kinomap app is ok, I managed to sync with the bike first time although only used twice.CON’sWith the seat pushed fully forward and handlebars pulled fully back (i.e. closest together) the seating position to handlebars is quite far way. I’m 6 feet tall (184cm) and it’s a stretch to reach middle/end of handlebars with both set to the same height. The supplied seat had to be replaced with something better as it was annoyingly Squeaky. The Electronic screen is far too big and would be better if at least 50% smaller as it obstructs access to the inner grips (aero). I would take it off but I use it to rest my iPad/iPhone on.Battery bay too small for Rechargeable batteries (green ones from Amazon) mine do not fit so had to buy normal disposable AA batteries, the supplied batts lasted about one week. After initial assembly the front stabiliser bar did not sit squarely on the kitchen floor tiles, even after making adjustments to the risers at the back the bike still wobbles on the floor so I’ve had to wedge it up using wood/cardboard which is disappointing for a brand new unused spin bike. The resistance handle only needs millimetre adjustments to apply more or less resistance and I can go from zero resistance to full on in half a turn, not really ideal.Overall happy with the bike even with the niggles above and have been using four to five times a week plus the wife also uses and also no complaints except seating position.

It works, but.....
The machine is sturdy and well built, assembly was straightforward and I was able to connect to the Kinomap app using the tip about connecting right after inserting the batteries.I'm 6'2 and the bike is big enough for me but the handlebars are too far away and cannot be moved closer, this makes it a bit uncomfortable to ride. The problem with this machine is the electronics. It connects to the app using 'FTMS' fitness machine protocol using Bluetooth. It shares cadence, speed, power and heart rate which you can view in Kinomap, I also got it working with Zwift by setting it up as a power meter (heart rate monitor didn't work) though it is a little flakey and loses the connection every time you exit & restart the app. The big problem is that the only sensor on the bike appears to be a Cadence detector down by the pedals (something you could buy separately for £20). The speed and power readings generated by the machine are pretty much useless because they don't take the resistance into account. Also the heart rate monitor seems to be 10-20% out when I compare with other devices.Using apps with this machine is like cycling on a single speed bike where you can only apply brakes, the only way to increase your power output on the app is to pedal faster and increasing resistance just slows you down. The only way around this is to attach power meter pedals which are more expensive than the bike itself. In conclusion, the bike itself is fine for larger people but the electronics are pretty pointless, I would recommend getting a cheaper and more basic spinning bike and then adding your own Cadence or Power sensors if you want them.

Solid bike, but not as advertised and dreadful customer service!
My bike arrived and set up was fairly easy, but unfortunately, the information from the sensor on the flywheel was not displaying on the computer, e.g. speed, distance. The heart rate sensor was working, so I knew it wasn't a general fault with the computer. I contacted Bluefin tech support, who did not reply to me when contacted initially and only replied when contacted by Amazon. When they did reply, the service was awful. I outlined the problem in an email and waited seven days for a reply. When they did reply, they requested a video of the issue... no problem - email sent with a video on the same day. 13 days later, they reply asking if the connection between the bike and the computer was connected properly, including a picture of a connection from a different model of bike. When I made them aware of this, they replied three days later asking for my name and address, as well as details of my order. I have seen enough at this point, no confidence in this company, so I returned the bike via Amazon, which was refunded promptly. I would also want buyers to know that this bike does not have Bluetooth functionality as advertised. If you are looking for a solid, no-frills spin bike, this will work for you (if it arrives in working order). If it does not arrive in working order, I would recommend that you just return it rather than engaging in the shambles of a customer service department with this company.
