Great Product and Better Customer Service
My 9 year old son loves the scooter and while we ran into a slight issue with the axel bolts, Roger from the customer service department was top notch in addressing our concerns quickly. Great experience all around and my son is back on his scooter.

My son wanted an expensive scooter he saw on a youtube video, but as many children can be, he is quite fickle. I didn't want to invest a bunch of money only for him to decide in two weeks that he's not into scooters anymore. I bought this one for him. It isn't flawless, but it is functional. The handle is a bit wobbly and the grip tape wore out within a few uses. If he stays interested and develops more skill, I will need to replace this scooter with a higher quality model, but it is working well for my beginner.

Great beginning scooter
Bought for my 6 year old, he's only 40 inches tall and bars are little tall for him but he loves it and will grow into it. Purchased as a replacement for a big box store scooter and seems a lot better made. The wheel bearings do not seem as smooth or fast as previous scooter but overall a great starter scooter. My sun drops in on 4 ft bowls with no issue and seems sturdy. I even took it for spin around part and holds me just fine (135lb).

Scooter life for not mom
We bought this for our oldest who had been begging for a new scooter. It was a quick assembly and works great. Only issue my child has pointed out is the fact the back tire gets super hot when you use the break. I'm not sure if that's a real concern or not though. It's been forever since I had one, so I'm not sure if that's normal or not

I purchased 2 of these scooter, 1 for each child. The bolts at the bottom of the neck, just above the front wheel constantly come loose. When this occurs, the handle bars go crooked and there is a potential for my kids to crash. We just keep tightening the bolts and have not found a way to keep them tights. :(

Broke fast, not good for anything but sidewalks.
So we got this just over a month ago and its already broken. The barrings are fallling out of the back wheel and the clamp that holds the handlebar from twisting will not get tight enough to keep it from spinning out of place. It seemed ok for the first week and might be fine for a small child that is only using it for a sidewalk, but if you plan on going a skate park this is NOT the scooter for you. We already have to buy a new one and missed the 30 day return policy by 2 days ... so not happy.
