Almost perfect for me
My go-to multi-vitamin is usually MyKind from Garden of Life. I like to switch it up and try new stuff. I really like this multi. It has the bioavailable forms of nutrients and is food based. The only negative for me is that it doesn’t have 100% RDA of certain nutrients I want…zinc, magnesium (most one-a-days lack this one since it’s a bulky mineral that takes up a lot of pill volume), vitamin c, vitamin k in particular. I supplement the missing nutrients with other products. I also appreciate that it doesn’t have ridiculously high amounts of b vitamins. Overall, I really like this product and recommend it for folks who want a food based, one-a-day and are willing to accept the lower doses of certain nutrients.
