small and obstructed refill opening, sticker goop
I ordered two of these. When empty, one of them twists easily, the other not so much. The cap is designed with plastic tabs/"claws" on the inside that grips the rim of the acrylic body to secure the cap and these are what are producing the extra resistance in oneThe opening to refill is fairly small and obstructed by the rod that connects the cap at the top that you twist to the ceramic grinder at the bottom. refills need to be slow and patientit ships with two stickers with products codes/SKUs and barcodes. one comes off quite cleanly however the other leaves behind a lot of residuefor the cost I would have expected a better productthey work, but i'm disappointed
