These gel packs are bigger than expected, which was a pleasant surprise. I occasionally get fissures on my hands, so when chilled, the packs help control inflammation. Also, while the fissures are healing, at room temperature, the packs reduce the skin creasing so that they heal without re-cracking. I can also use them in all the traditional ways that gel-packs were meant for.

Good product, the covers are really handy and work really well do need leaving in the freezer longer than it says though to get them really cold!

These are great and the little pouches to put them in are excellent. Value for money, very easy to use.

I wanted small packs to use for heat. The size was ideal but they are so thin & with so little gel that thay don't retain heat for more than a few minutes (& don't last much longer as frozen packs). Don't know about leakage as not reused multiple times. Couldn't be bothered to send back.

Love these. I purchased them during the heatwave as I struggle to regulate my body temperature which also makes my pain worse. They are so easily popped into the little cotton pouches they come with and then you're ready to go. Nice size, not too bulky and easy to pop under clothing discreetly even when in public. I've left mine in the freezer and they've been fine I know it said in the write up to only pop in the freezer for a little while but they've been ok. There was also no smell to them, I saw a few reviews mention a chemical odour but I haven't found that.
