Great bottle and works fairly well insulation-wise
I have 4 of these bottles and at times carry all of them on longer rides. Love the caps on them! Better than drinking dirt and grit! They do keep water cooler longer than my non-insulated ones but on 85-90 degree days after 4 hours, it's not gonna be ice cold. One trick is to fill them a little over 3/4 of the way and set them in the freezer at a slight angle with the cap on loosely. Frozen overnight like this, they are much more effective past the 3-hour mark. I usually freeze two and fill the others with cold water and ice along with my Tailwind Endurance Fuel.

Functionality is key!
I bought this for my son who rides his bicycle on long distance rides. He was not bringing water along, so I found this and it is perfect for him. It is a squeeze bottle and fits perfectly in the holder. The top comes apart to wash and is easy to use. He says it is easy for him to access and the top fits well to keep out the dirt. The bottle is covered in dirt when he gets home, but the nozzle is completely clean. I bought another one for myself to use when I go biking.

I love the cap so my bottle doesnβt get dirty while dirt rinding. I keeps water cold for long time.

Beat the Dirt!
I've taken up cycling for recreation fairly recently and I'm loving it! Here are my 2 cents on this Podium insulated bottle by CamelBak:Pros πππ- Dirt-Proof: This was the selling point for me. I've tried different bottles in the past, including one from Schwinn (see photos πΈ) This one worked the best at keeping (most) dust away from the drinking spout π- Locking Function: No Spills, No Squirts and No Surprises!- Overall, really good fit and finish.Cons πππ- Insulation: It's a good idea on paper but in reality it has limited functionality. That's a nice way of saying, it doesn't really work!- A little pricy. My Recommendation π€If you enjoy riding your bike and are tired of ingesting dirt, this bottle is for you! This bottle has served me very well. If anything, I need another bottle cage and second bottle! Can't wait for the next time it goes on sale!Note on Cleaning π§΄π«§π€ I've seen one review that shows this bottle can get moldy. That was a little concerning to me but I rinse mine with warm water and dish soap after each ride and let it air dry on a rack. Honestly, I haven't experienced any mold or smell in my bottle. Take that for what it's worth!Hope my short review has helped you make a more informed buying decision ππβοΈβ οΈ Quick Update (04/19/2023) β οΈGot my second bottle cage put on and added a second podium bottle (non insulated) for additional hydration π Check out my new photos πΈπ π

Work well.
Works well and easy to clean. The cap over the mouth piece does keep off the mud and dirt.

simple bottle does what it is supposed to. whats not to like?
straight forward. i think its a nice bottle in comparison it was the one i liked. cap is nice. the cap and valve work good. insulation preforms adequate as long as you have realistic expectations of the product.good bottle with nice features that gets the job done in a quality fashion. its not space age. but for a water bottle with some creature comfort features does the job. holds well in my cages. one of the better choices out of the options i was aware of considered. would recommend

Well made bottle
I waited 6 months to review. Although it isn't insulated it does keep water cold with a few ice cubes for over an hour in the summer heat. The locking tab does prevent leaking. The flip top is easy to use 1 handed while riding my bike. The mouth is large enough to fit large ice cubes from a large silicon mold. It is pretty easy to clean. The green color is easy for me to find as I have left several bottles on many trails.

Good quality
This is a really nice water bottle. The rubber is sturdy yet still very soft and squeezable. The cap and nozzle works really good/smooth.
