LEGO City Monster Truck 60251 Playset, Building Sets for Kids (55 Pieces)

My son has recently gotten into the hobby of building legos. We have been on the hunt for good deals and just cool sets for him to build. This is a really nice simple and good starter one to do as it is not too complicated and appropriate for his age. The cool design of the monster truck is pretty cool. Has a Halloween feel to it with its colors and look. Overall, really nice build and easy enough for my son to do and start his Lego hobby.

this was a great little gift for my son on his 5th b-day. The directions are very clear and detailed which is perfect for a child learning to follow instructions. Each step in the directions shows the pieces you need and where they go. My son did the whole thing himself, I helped only with securing lego pieces which were not all the way on. Fun for any age, but an older kid would finish this very quickly.

This is a cool little LEGO set with a nice monster truck and guy. Hard to beat the value of price considering it’s almost the same price as 1 minifigure pack, and you get a cool monster truck and guy. My kid loves this one. Who doesn’t like monster trucks. The guy has a nice helmet and clear visor too, which the kids like to play with

Bought for a three year old who loves diplo, Legos, and monster trucks. He loves it, and his parents said it was pretty easy for them to put together. He was even able to help a little. I don't normally recommend Legos for toddlers, but I've seen him building/playing with them many times. Because he does not try to eat them, his parents let him, with supervision. This set seemed simple enough, with not so many tiny pieces.

I got this to throw in as an extra little present for my nephew's birthday. I like the price, and it is defintley worth the price.This is not too big, but not small at all. The difficulty is not too hard, but the end result is pretty neat looking.

Great for a 4 year old obsessed with monster trucks ! Fairly easy to assemble and great quality! There are some small pieces so would be thoughtful about age requirements. My only “complaint” with purchasing legos on Amazon is the boxes arrive crushed and you can’t give them as gifts!

Legos. What isn't great about Legos? My kid was having a short thing for monster trucks, so I picked this up for him. He's almost 5 and loves playing with Legos. He's really good about following the booklet instructions too. Once he was done putting it together, that was his toy of the day. And the next day, and next, etc.

Great little set, just bought to keep around the house when my nephew came to visit he would have something to do. Worked like a charm and enhanced my best uncle rep.
