Amazing cutter and amazing service!
Imprintables Warehouse is my go-to for any equipment I need. They are extremely helpful and very knowledgable.The GX-24 is quite the machine. I have a BN-20 that prints and I use the GX-24 to contour cut my printed designs. So far it has performed flawlessly. Cuts fast, smooth lines even with an over laminate. The settings are easy to understand and configure which makes it easy to train on. We started a few years ago with a non brand name cutter that was wider but it would never cut long runs straight and would cut jagged lines almost every time. We have run into NO ISSUES with this cutter and it gets used for hours every day. From little decals to large vehicle designs. I should've started with this one..

Terrible hard to even get set up. Gave up after a week of trying and returned.

Reliable and good quality
Very reliable and robust. Performs with minimum maintenance and setting it up is not very complicated. Has many features and is capable of handling diverse customer requests.

Read through all the instructions first, which were a bit confusing. Once actually setting up, process is pretty straighforward. Youtube videos by Stahl's TV are a huge help. Left the cutter force at 50 to begin with. First vinyl cut was perfect. Has a CorelDraw Plugin that simplifies things a great deal.

Not as good as they say
Had an Ioline plotter before for 25 years and everyone said Roland was the best. Guess what it is not. What a mistake I made listening.First of all this is plastic and the Ioline is metal and made in the USA. Have more control as to how much material is used, oh well too late for me.We have to cut almost everything twice to make it easy to weed.

Help with motor error, so sensitive
So sensitive in cutting sandblast mask, we always get a motor error on anything bigger than 20"x20" @##$%&

motor error after motor error
Extremely disappointment. Unless your only planning on cutting small sheets this is not the machine for you. I am a Sign Company that has been in the business for over 25 years and this is by far the weakest and most troublesome cutter I've ever owned. Error after error after error. I also purchased the stand. My 50yrd rolls barely fit on there which in turn causes them to randomly fall off and get damaged. Show Me Preview is a must as any pressure from a Roll... i mean ANY!!! pressure on the motor and you will get an error message and lose your print.
