Effective, Pilot/Air traffic control safe
Functional, accurate description, if you are a pilot or air traffic control, pretty much the only type of cough/mucus medicine allowed.Definitely more of a liquid and not a syrup. Hope you can stomach bad taste because it doesn't taste great, but does get that menthol feel down the throat. Cheap and effective.

Taste Nasty 100% Works on Colds!
It tastes awful! Cherry menthol flavor? I did order sugar free maybe thats why it's so nasty.100% works 16 Oz at $10I think Walmart was out of stock when I ordered. And also even with delivery they make you show ID for pretty much anything. I'm easily annoyed by these things.I actually buy headache tablets (Excedrin), generic Zertyx for way lower than wally sells such things and gummy vitamins. 😅 all from Amazon

It helps with the crud.
Repeat customer. I’m a retired pharmacist and this is hard to find at retail. I think it works better that the tablets. The secret to making it work is to drink a lot of water when you take it. When I was a practicing pharmacist I used to tell people, “drink what you think is a lot of water and then drink that much more.”

The flavor 🤢
So this is a great price for this and it’s hard to find guaifenisen on it’s own, in liquid form, where I live (and I can’t do the pills as they’re too big for me to swallow). It’s helping my bronchitis a lot and making my coughs looser and more productive.The taste is so awful though. Cherry medicine on its own is bad enough, why does it also have to be cooling when you choke it down? I’ve done 3 doses of it so far and every time I get involuntary shivers and a mildly upset stomach. Just be forewarned!

Hard to find mucus thinning syrup
Very hard to find guafinnesin ( spelling is wrong) syrup without all the other cough and cold ingredients in stores anymore. I’ve ordered this twice now and if I can’t find it elsewhere I’ll continue to buy it when needed. Of course it tastes like other nasty cough syrups but no surprise there.

Good product. Packing for shipping is a bit iffy.
I’m satisfied with this product. Have been using for a long time for a lung issue. However, one bottle of the 6 I ordered was mashed in and had leaked so I cannot use it. Not sure what I can do about replacement.

Gross no one can stomach it
This stuff is sooo nasty has a menthol taste to it and it’s suppose to be Alcohol free and sugar free but it’s way gross and u can return it so i’m stuff with this junk and still need to buy liquid mucinex ugh
