Reading previous reviews left me frustrated about size information. I had doubts these would fit after reading them but pulled the trigger anyway. I am a size 10-10.5 and will choose a wider shoe when available. This Men’s large (only size available) fits just fine. I’m sure they would accommodate an 11 if not too wide and anything below that unless a child. Comfortable. Not too tight. These hold moisture in, they don’t moisturize. So soak feet, put a healing lotion, balm, Aquafore, on before the socks.don’t worry about the size unless you have real big feet.

Very comfortable which surprised me. Didn't think I would like the open toe concept. Working well after only a few days, dramatic improvement already. Wish the gel part was a little larger but it covers the major dry area of my feet. I wear size 10.5 shoes, plenty of room. Don't forget to use lotion.

My heels were so dry and cracked. I use one of those smooth rollers on them and the wear these heel socks every night. My heels are now soft! I don't have to do excessive stuff now to get smooth heels.

Pick a good foot lotion, apply it and then pull the socks on.Great, and easy way to soften your heels

These work!!! I bought these in April. I’m overweight and prefer to go barefoot as much as possible. Anytime I get a crack in any callous on my heels and I wear these for a few days, the callous feels better instantly wearing these and heal within a day or two. I do put on various “for callous” creams on my heels while wearing the socks.

These were fairly easy to put on, and comfortable to wear.I found that these do little to moisturize on their own and do more if i apply a moisturizing product on my heels and then put the socks on. However it makes them feel slippery and can make walking unstable so best to wear while laying down (like during night while you sleep).

When I ordered these heel socks, I didn’t even realize they had a silicone heel patch on the inside, but this feature is a nice bonus as it really helps seal in your moisturizer. Anyway, in order to try and fix my dry, cracked, and bleeding heels (I had been picking at the rough parts) I used a pumice in the shower to slough off all the rough bits, then I put some of my regular moisturizer on, and some petroleum jelly to seal it in. To stop myself from picking at my heels, and to really let the petroleum jelly do it’s work, I left on these heel socks overnight. I’ve got to say, my heels are already so much better and softer after just one use. I’m impressed. Will definitely use again. I wear a women’s size 9, and I bought the large size which feels right for me. My only complaint is that they make my feet quite hot. Wish they were a lighter material instead.

These heel socks changed my life! I had very deep cracks with bleeding. It was painful to sleep, walk, and sit. I was desperate for relief. I even considered going to the doctor because I was in so much pain. I did some research and read reviews and found these and decided to order them along with Kerasal Intensive Foot Repair. Before bed I applied the ointment and then put on these heal socks. I love that the toes are open because honestly I hate wearing socks to bed as I get very hot at night. I found them to be very comfortable. I woke up took them off and already felt the difference. I took a shower and used a PedEgg to scrub away the now soften dead skin. I felt like I had brand new feet. I reapplied the ointment and put the second pair on again for about 2 hours. My feet are completely changed now. I repeat this about once or twice a week or when my feet feel dry because of work or the weather. I would definitely recommend trying these with an ointment and then a good foot scrubber.
