igourmetParmigiano Reggiano DOP 24 Month Top Grade (7.5 ounce)

I was disappointed. First, I guess I am a foodie so consider that. Had to move out from NY so was looking for some nice cheese, what I could normally find in anyone of several grocery stores. This would be a nice $10/lb 12 mo aged Parmigiano . Nice taste, a little greasy and no, what I call flavor crystals, those little gritty things that burst with flavor, a signature of a good 18 month cheese. Decentbut no where near the mark I expected. Also the picture is very deceiving - my cheese looked nothing like that.
