I’m writing my update at the top here.Once I posted my review, I was immediately contacted by customer service and given an opportunity to have my issue corrected.They gave me 2 options, and I chose a replacement.My replacement was sent out immediately, of which I received today. I’m so pleased with the quick response and great service they showed me.It’s a rare thing these days.I would recommend this product.I boosted my stars from 1 to a 4 because of the customer service.Thanks so much.(See below for original issue)Well, I was cooking at 400 degrees.. when I pulled them out and served dinner, they were cracked all the way through.maybe I missed something somewhere... maybe I got a bad set.After dinner, i examined them, I washed them and put them away. (They also don't easily come clean and tend to stain fairly easily if this is a concern to you)When I put them away, they were cracked all the way through, but it was holding, and I just wasn't sure if it was going to stay.. or what. I thought, well.. let's see what happens.Tonight, when I pulled them out, the biggest one snapped in 3 pieces. The medium one still hasn't broken, but it is the one shown with the odd cracks in it. It is also broken all the way through. I haven't placed the small one in a higher heat situation, so it hasn't given me problems.As I said, maybe it's just my set, but because of my set, I'll be passing on buying from this company in the future.

Hello. They have a nice appearance and are suitable for use in the oven, microwave, and dishwasher. However, I noticed some issues: one of the dishes has visible defects, such as scratches or uneven surfaces, which affect the overall impression of quality. While this doesn’t impact functionality, I expected better attention to detail for a new product. Overall, it’s a decent choice for everyday use, but there’s room for improvement in quality control.Let me know if you’d like to adjust it!

Much better quality than I was expected super happy and great deal

The sizes are standard and accommodate most recipe sizes. The look is so attractive that I avoid having to put food from the oven pan to a serving plate - less dishes to wash and it looks nice on the table along side my dishes and pretty enough to take right from oven to a party and set on buffet table. The inside ceramic glaze is also non porous so food does not stick, avoiding extensive scrubbing. Intelligent shipping in layers and all arrived in perfect condition. Substantial and sturdy enough, makes a great gift.

DON’T bother ordering this product! IT WILL BE DELIVERED BROKEN! ( it sees like a nice set to have BUT it’s impossible! I tried TWICE! ( see pics !)
