The battery could last a bit longer but this scooter is very good.

DO NOT BUY THIS!! My son had this for less than a month and the power button sunk into the control panel and it won’t power on or off. We trying to lift it out of the control panel but the control panel inside has also sunken in. The Hover-1 Aviator was delivered to us on June 28th and it broke on July 16th. I contacted Amazon and they gave me all the info to contact the company and told me it was under warranty since it’s been under a year so we should probably get a replacement. I have called multiple times and no one answers. After waiting for 10 min. on the phone, the recording comes back on and I have to go through the process of listening to the options and waiting, only to do it again at the next 10 min. I also emailed twice with our invoice. NOTHING! No response. What kind of company is this that sells something but has no customer service to help when their product doesn’t hold up. RIDICULOUS!UPDATE: the company has finally responded, only to inform me that the damage is not covered because they consider it accidental physical and cosmetic damage and, according to them, that is not covered under their warranty. I don’t see how it can be considered accidental damage or accidental cosmetic damage when a power button is meant to be pressed. It should not sink into the scooter. I guess you should not use the power button for what it is used for because, if it sinks into the unit due to the control panel inside that sunk into the scooter, it’s considered accidental damage. I need someone to explain that one? Because to me, it sounds like a malfunction of the scooter.

This Product is great I got it for my son and he loves it. It is bigger than it looks in the picture. The speed is good for a scooter around the 300 mark and has a very sleek design and the color is nice. I love how it has a display were you can control how fast you are going with the two different speed modes P1 and P2 I also like that it has cruise control for a scooter you wouldn’t expect it. Overall it is a really nice scooter

I’ve bought three now because they are great scooters. One was left out in the rain too many times and won’t turn on anymore, sadly, but the other two run fine after a year. I do wonder if there is anything to be done for the broken one.

I love this thing. I can’t wait until the weather is nicer and I can really put it to the test, but so far for the price, it’s just fantastic. It will be so great for tooling around downtown this summer. Beach days, here I come!

I purchased two of these scooters in October 2020 and then gifted for Christmas. My kids have used them lightly since and loved them. This weekend, the throttle broke on one of the scooters. I submit a ticket through the Hover-1 website and they write back it's out of warranty. I wrote back asking if they can help me troubleshoot and tell me which parts I need to order. No response. I've called the number on their website several times, no one answers. I've tried to find a place that will look at it to repair and so far no luck. I've searched Youtube and the Hover-1 website for troubleshooting tips and no luck for this issue. I basically have a gently used, very expensive piece of garbage. It would be nice if the company provided some guidance to its customers rather than leaving us high and dry after the warranty period.

I purchased this scooter twice, the first one was working fine until the first fall (due to handle bars) , main cable harness was damaged since it got exposed very easily, is not protected well, its just being covered by thin plastic. also part of the fall was due to the handle bars, you need to add lock tight to make sure kids can't unscrew them while riding....Second purchase was to replace the first one that got damaged, but the second one had a problem with the front wheel locking up, it will turn on but when you give it the first push the scooter will turn off and the front wheel will lock up, had to return that one. now I'm really thinking about their quality, too bad because the scooter looks beautiful and my daughter really liked it.One more thing: I tried to purchase parts to fix the first one but there are no support for this model, maybe because is too new? I'm not sure, disappointing..

I am updating this review because I used the scooter a little longer just to make sure my decision to return is solid. I think this scooter looks very stylish and riding it is fun. Not very good on bumps on the road, the suspension could be better. But again, it is the cheap scooter. Thinking of returning to exchange for a more expensive scooter. I love the color. I wish more scooters had a variety of colors.The scooter battery will provide you a solid 4 miles ride if you have to go uphill and ride on different types of the road. Also, when you riding uphill it makes barely 5 m/h... this speed on the small hill. I also had to help with pushing the scooter with my foot when had to deal with the bigger hill on the street. The beautiful scooter is only good as a toy, but definitely will not give you commute in the city. I got it to "replace" my car when I need to go to the grocery shopping or go to my work that only 4 miles away... but quickly realized that it will not be transportation. Instead, I purchased Xiaomi Mi 365... not as pretty, but definitely provides reliable transportation on a short distance.
