PERFECT belt!!!
The media could not be loaded. Reading other reviews….. this one is a bit late as well, as I bought it 3yrs ago. I honestly can’t say enough about it!!! I lift anywhere from 3-5x weekly and before kids was 5-6x weekly. I was skeptical of it at first, but didn’t really want a leather belt, since they’re so very stiff and had seen my husband’s bruises from them. With that said, I’ve been a gym rat for 28yrs now and fully comprehend why leather belts are needed. This however, was my perfect “happy medium.” It gives excellent support and has great construction, but not terribly uncomfortable like leather! All of my gym necessities get beat up pretty badly due to heavy weight and frequency…..ie: weight gloves, straps, belt etc. and this has definitely stood the test of time. The reviews that describe broken belt buckles are NOT the norm, I can assure you. As I use it every workout for everything, every time. The Velcro is weaker due to use, but still works and serves its purpose. I’ve attached a video that I hope helps!! I’m definitely going to order another shortly here only to get the XS and keep the S I have for backup. After 3yrs it still looks this good!

These are a little larger than described and I had to give mine to a friend, but she loves it.

I love this belt
I love this belt, I cant say enough good about it, ive had it for about 2 months now. Ive waited to write a review, due to everyone wants you to give them a review 2 days after you receive the item, and then it usually breaks the next day.First off I know absolutely nothing about weight lifting. But I do know about lifting heavy objects due to being in the landscaping business for 30 + years, but that doesn't even apply to this review. Back in 2005, I got rear ended by a jacked up pickup truck while I was stopped at a stop light, I was in an old little mini van. Police estimated he was going at least 50 in a 35, and he admitted he was looking at his phone at the time of the accident, and did see I was even stopped. It messed up a hip and fractured 7 vertebra's and ruptured 9 disks, which left me with 2, 14inch metal rods and 6 bolts in my spine. Since all this has happened, I need major back / spine support just to walk. Over the last 11 years ive tried about every type of back brace that every been made, everything from the little rubber band ones with the shoulder straps and Velcro they sell at the home improvement stores, "only thing there good for is to show off your how big your stomach is" to 1 that ran me a couple of grand out of pocket. Insurance didn’t think it was a necessary need. Ive got a whole 18 gallon Rubbermaid storage container filled with what are call back braces, and all of them combined aren't worth the cost of the container there in. But this Fire Team Weightlifting Belt is an absolutely amazing. When I give a review, the items usually never get more then 3 stars, 4 occasionally, but I just cant say enough about this belt and how its help me, if I could give it more than 5 stars, I would. Right out of the package, Ive been wearing it pretty much all day, and don’t even know I have it on. In my situation, I sometimes need it in the L3,L4 area, other days I need the support in the center of my back. You can use it anywhere in you mid section, and It fists over a shirt very comfortably, and can be worn under a shirt without any signs that you even have something on. So far it has held up without any signs of the strap tearing or threads coming loose anywhere on the belt. Im talking to much here, but like I said, I love this belt, and cant say enough good about it, and have recommended it to a bunch of people I know. Keep up the great work on this belt. People have a habit of not letting a good thing alone. Don’t change a thing on this belt. Many, many thanks.Id add a photo, but after 11 years of being disabled, just think of a pear with a rubber-band around it. You get the idea

I'm a 33 year old former Marine, retired amateur power lifter who works as a residential home builder. I have two back injuries that have made my heavy compound lifts painful for the past ten years which have only been exacerbated by the asymmetric lifting you have to do in the construction industry.I've always been a raw lifter, white knuckle through the pain and work on your form and rehabilitation so you can do it on your own. I went from a PR deadlift of 515lbs at 178lbs to a max deadlift of 415lbs at 210lbs as the pain increased and my form and workouts suffered.Introduce the FireTeam Fit weightlifting belt. So simple even a Marine could use it. Following my military training I ordered four, fully expecting to eat one, lose one, and break the other. I have no pain, none. My thoracic stability is incredible. All the minor issues that accumulated trying to minimize the pain are slowly going away. In two working sessions I increased my working weight by 50lbs squatting and 65lbs deadlifting. If there was a way to give six stars I would, and the mission of the Fire Team Fit crew to help support transitioning veterans is incredible. This is the first and only purchase I've made from the team, but they're going to be the first place I go if I ever need more gear or want to replace this incredible piece of equipment. So here's the negative part of the review; the Fire Team Fit squad claims that this belt is only $33.99. Believe me when I say this piece of gear is going to cost you several hundred dollars by the time you've factored in all the additional expenses. As your squat and deadlift working weight goes up, all those pants that used to fit so comfortably are going to rip like a modern day Lou Ferrigno turning into the Hulk. Those shirts? Yeah, those snatches and clean and press are going to make your upper body look like a kite. If you have a home gym like me you're going to have to invest in even more plates as your maxes continue to rise beyond what your pitiful collection can support. I've had to explain all this to my wife and, trust me, it can be a hard sell. Add in those marital counseling sessions and this has turned into one of the priciest pieces of training equipment I've ever owned....and I'd do it all over again. Thanks Fire Team Fit
