We used this to rig up a means of hauling ourselves out of a 4ft deep garden pond we were building. The device was attached to the house outside wall using captive bolts and we used a length of nylon rope attached to the ring in order to haul ourselves up the very steep pond side. I am fairly heavily built and it took my weight of over 17 stones with no problems!

I bought this for my daughter's new aerial hoop. I did get support added to the joist above as I was a little nervous so just be careful!! Potentially didn't need to do this! But it's worked great. I used the screws and metal plugs supplied and they seem extremely secure. Just important to make sure all holes are drilled perfectly going up straight. One of the four holes were slightly off and the bolt wouldn't tighten up but it was a quick fix. Will be buying another one for a different room!

Bought for fence post lifting - works with limited success. However, success is more down to fence post position and ease of attachment in tight locations.Overall worth it.
