Everyone should be using these
Very solid product. Super easy to use. Makes a fantastic, clean cup of coffee with no grinds dripping through. Filters the coffee just like paper. I have used one of the two filters several dozen times And it still works great. Just rinse it out with water after each use and let it dry. In the end this product saves you money by not having to restock your paper filters, while also reducing the amount of waste you produce.

Amazing product, though I disagree with instructions
This works great for the Hario V60. Only thing I would disagree with are the maintenance instructions. I've found the repeated drying that is recommended on the box to be a recipe for mildew and mold, especially when it's humid and drying is slow.A better way to maintain these cloth filters (also recommended by James Hoffman and Hario for their cloth filters) that I've found is to soak it in a container of water and put it in the fridge (or freezer if you're not using it for a long time). This way you just need to rinse it simply before use, rinse with hot water, and the filter is good to go.I've used the filter for 3 months now, switching back and forth between this and paper filter (depending on the coffee and how I feel that day =D), and there hasn't been residual taste/off flavors at all yet.

Love my CoffeeSock filters.
I like this one so much, I bought another one for my Chemex; although you could buy the Chemex version & use it in a V60. It's just a bit bigger.I actually like the paper filters, but sometimes the taste is a little too "clean." The cloth lets more of the complexity of the coffee through.I've also tried a hemp filter in my Chemex, but it let too much grit through, so I had to wipe the spout out to prevent it from getting into my cup. There's no grit under the filter, and no sludge in my cup.My advice: I never dry mine. The drying period is when mildew tends to grow on cloth & it will affect the coffee's flavor. In a very negative way. After brewing, I rinse my filter thoroughly, put it in a ziplock bag, and freeze it until the next time. If you use it daily, you could put it in a sealed bowl, topped up with water, and keep it in the refrigerator.I expect these filters to last more than a year, easily.Update: 3 years later, & I'm still on my first filter, in all sizes. None have failed me yet. Once every 3-4 months, I soak it in Cafiza to remove the majority of the old coffee & rinse it thoroughly. No other care seems to be necessary.

Nice product, long term review question though.
Nice product, use coarse grid for French press coffee, is tiny bits of coffee unlike other larger grind coffee. Primos is one.My long term review question though. I used it for a few months now and have no complaints makes coffee without any grinds getting through so it is great for that, overtime the quickness of the water passing slows a little. I have not boiled it to clean it, only using water from sink and I am not a daily coffee drinker so you may experience this slow down differently more quickly on daily use. Not a problem at all just need to wait for 1 more pour to filter to make a cup instead of wait for 2 pours you wait for 3, or 3 and 4.The long term question is I left coffee in it for days and it dried out and so I emptied it and might have had some stick to the filter don't quote me but as I cleaned and looked noticed tiny fibers all over as if I ripped out some of the fabric leaving behind rugged fabric but regardless of that I noticed all over the filter actually on close inspection had mini clear looking fibers, however nothing is in the coffee cup as I look for the fibers there was none. I guess it is to be expected with fabric for a filter and I only noticed it after a few months and so seems fine but I feel I need to take a star away for that.I use it with a smaller size glass pitcher with a glass cone shaped dripper that sits on a wood circle on top to hold the dripper and this filter is in that top part. Works well. Unsure how flavor is impacted by this if it is leaching any fabric taste. Been consistent for months if not for the initial uses may have had more of the same flavor questionable leaching so that is also why I take a star as well for long term I am unsure and love the item but not sure about taste and fibers though. I noticed that a paper filter with a typical instant coffee pot (different brand of off the shelf instant coffee) leaves a white residue floating in the cup and this fabric filter item doesn't do that so I am happy. Would give 5 stars or recommend.

CoffeeSock for V60
For my V60 I've been using a cloth filter CoffeeSock brand for the past 5 years and I love it. Paper is ok for convenience, but for the pour over quality I like the cloth, because I can grind a bit finer, which could be extracting more flavor. It goes a long way too. Without cleaning it with cafiza it lasts over a year no problem (if you don't have cafiza, which is a great coffee equipment cleaner, you can try using OXY clean powder - the smell and result are very alike and no aftertaste). My routine for leaning the sock is to cool it down, dump the grounds, rinse out remaining grounds and full blast it with a shower head mode flushing out all remaining particles. Lastly I fold it, squeeze out all remaining water, unfold it and put it upside down on a dry dish cloth, a paper towel or whatever else you want to air dry it. It's never been a problem.

I like these
These GOTS organic cotton coffee filters do a great job. I've used them for a long time and am very happy with them. I put them in the wash (using non-toxic detergent) and the dryer. They are very good quality.
