Works Great
Works great no grinding or anything. Don't make my mistake and only install one bearing it needs both..

Good gears so far, needle bearings don't fit.
Had to reuse old needle bearings because they were out of round when they came.

Excellent gears, but might need to modify extruder
I have used several of these to replace worn out brass gears in various extruders. Overall, I love these. They're good quality, and are holding up really well, even with PC's and Nylons. However, I have noticed that when I used them on Creality or WinSinn dual gear extruders, I had to modify the "driven" gear side because the gear rubbed on the extruder frame. I eventually ditched them anyway and went with direct drive systems, which these fit perfectly, and work perfectly. 4 stars because modification is needed with some extruders.

Perfect fit for any BMG based extruder
I have a Sherpa Mini extruder that I built from a BMG. It had worn down from use over time, and these fit perfectly, took maybe 5 minutes to swap. Aligned to the filament path perfectly, absolutely recommended.

Definitely worth the price. But I’m looking for something that can hold up a little better.
The media could not be loaded. Definitely worth the price

Broken needle bearings, otherwise ok
When I went to assemble the upgrade I found one of the bearings had broken into component parts. Tried going without but have been experiencing extrusion problems due to the gear not staying perfectly centered. Can't find a reasonable replacement for such a small specific part, so buyer beware.

Updated Review
Buttom part of gear is not flared upwards, and thus will eat away at the extruder housing and get stuck.EDIT 7/9/2020I am amending my review pending further testing and investigation. I have been using gears now for about a week after modifications were made to my BMG extruder. Results are promising, so i am raising it to 4 stars, but not 5 as modifications were required.Super Lube was applied to the gear portions as it is metal on metal contact.

Great Drive gears
I got these for my Prusa and they have worked out great!

Very strong gear
After printing at some very high speeds and volumetric flowrates I can definitely say that this gear holds some serious potential atleast and I'll buy more if I need to but as of this moment it's working great (remember that it's probably sitting on aluminum so I made sure to lube the bottom and such just to make sure I don't break into the aluminum)

perfetti
buonissima fattura, semplici da montare e sostituiscono gli originali perfettamente

Probably an improvement, mediocre machining quality
Machining looks visually cleaner than the stock dual gears currently on my extruder, and while the hobbing looks like it has been machined relatively neatly, it doesn't look as sharp as other profiles I've seen and I'm keen to see how it grips filament. As for the gearing, when I initially meshed the gears tightly in my hand they would not turn relative to each other and I feared that there was something wrong with the profile, but as I messed with them they seemed to "wear in", and with the added separation distance from feeding filament there will probably be enough slop to negate this. Machining quality is sloppy, but better than some hobby 3d printing parts on the market

Don’t buy
Doesn’t make for a good dual extruder similar to original prusa they skip a lot (yes it’s tensioned right and years of building printers these are probably as nasty as it gets.I ended up taking apart a bmg clone and instantly the skipped steps went away. So don’t buy these buy a bmg clone instead
