Smooth and easy procedure. Just make sure you have your Amazon ID for the product and your Amazon ID for the asurion protection you purchased. If at anytime your product does not show up on the asurion website, go to the virtual chat and they will connect you with a real person.My issue was resolved within 24 hours.For this instance, I highly recommend. Definitely a lifesaver, since my insurance was for a high end treadmill.

Peace of mind! insurance for accidents ....
ASURION IS LEGIT! I had an issue with my ebike! Asurion took care of it! they fix it or refund your money for that item! get it! its totally worth the fee and gives peace of mind! start a claim, send all proof of claim such as pictures, receipt, order number...they review and takes approx 2-3 weeks! Be patient!

Great warranty
Filed a claim for e bike I purchased after having for well over a year. They were very helpful and nice to work with. Bike was not able to be repaired so they sent an Amazon gift card for purchase price. Very happy with the service and resolution. Great company!

THEY WON'T SEND U PARTS TO REPLACE, IT IS NOT HASSLE FREE OR EASY AT ALL,
DONT BUY ITS REALLY A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY,I PUCHASED A CYBERVELO EBIKE AND THE LCD SCEEN WAS BROKE I CALLED ASURION AND THERE WAY OF HELPING ME WAS FOR ME TO PACKAGE UP THE WHOLE BIKE AND SEND IT BACK JUST TO HAVE THE 4 BY 4 INCH PART REPLACED, THEY TOLD ME THAT ASURION DONT SEND OUT REPLACEMENT PARTS AND THAT WAS AFTER 3 HOURS OF TRYING TO TAKE CARE OF THIS ISSUE. PLEASE FOR UR OWN SAFTY DONT PURCHASE THIS PLAN.
