The best strings, Better than Elixir
The media could not be loaded. The best strings I have ever purchased for my guitar. It's better than Elixir. The sound quality is the best. Barre chords are easier on these strings. The string length is perfect. They are perfect for playing the guitar. Overall:- 5 stars 🤩

I don't think they are coated strings.
Ok i am a long time user of Elixer strings. I love the ELIXIR OPTIWEB. I happen stumble upon D'Addario's XT coated strings. I have uploaded the photos of both strings and you can see a coating on the Elixir strings but not on the D'Addario's. ELIXIR OPTIWEB is supposed to have the thinnest coating and natural feeling strings. So I was a bit sceptical about buying these. I mean xt's are 900/- a pack and the ELIXIR's are 1500/- a pack (INR). How ever the ELIXIR's i have on my electric guitar is close to 3 years old. And they sound amazing. I just got the delivery of the XT's so don't know how long they gonna last. I will update if i find anything worng with the strings.Update: i got these strings on June 2nd 2021 and its now june 12 2021. After 10 days the strings starting to corrode the sound is not as bright as it was on the first day. I thought this was a big deal but its actually not. I am gonna stick to ELIXIR's from now on. I think these are averag D'Addario strings. I could say this is a false advertisement but the pack itself doesn't mention anything about these strings being coated. I don't know i feel cheated.

First one was fake. Returned and got original.
Firstly, the quality of the strings is great. The reason for 3-stars is the first set of strings I received were fake ones inside an original D'Add cover and I exchanged to get the right one next time. You have to be watchful about the string quality, then lookout if the packages are sealed properly or if any of the seals seem damaged, exchange it.

The first set I ordered was a tampered package but the replacement was absolutely fresh and spotless.
