Every piece of the rocks are so smooth and beautiful. They look very beautiful on the bottom of glass vase with different kind of flowers. I put very little water in the vase. Highly recommended 💚

I wavered between 3 and 4 stars, and ended up going high because I got these to use as worry stones, which is not the purpose they're marketed for, and I have no idea whether the things that bothered me would bother someone using them in planters or gardens.There were a few more broken ones than I'd hoped for, but overall the size and shape were good, with enough variation to be interesting and not enough to be annoying.The problem is that the reason the stones are such a lovely, glossy black is that they have a weird, oily-waxy coating on them that feels greasy to the touch. It doesn't rub off visibly on my hands, but it does rub off on other things. Also, I just don't like it. I discovered that very hot water, especially with just a drop of dishwashing detergent, will get the coating right off - although stirring them around to get them clean did get the black waxy stuff on my fingers and took some scrubbing to get off.Once clean, the stones range from matte black to a dark gray, and some imperfections show clearly. However, while no longer slippery and polished, the cleaned stones are extremely smooth and pleasant to touch (and feel a lot more like real stone). I like them a lot, and if I could have bought them like that, I would be giving them five stars without hesitation.I don't know if the feel of the coating would bother everyone as much as it bothered me, and it doesn't seem likely it would do any damage to plants, but for what it's worth, that was my experience.

Not enough

I bought these to go in a gel fireplace. The first time I ordered them in Medium, two bags of Large river rocks came to me. They were larger then I wanted, but I decided to keep them and order one more in Medium. When those were delivered today, they were the medium size I wanted, but still labeled Large.When I click medium on their Amazon page, the product description at the top of the page says large and when i select Extra Large on the page, the product description then says Medium. VERY CONFUSING! The photo shows both sizes, both labeled Large, but I ordered medium.They are beautiful but hard to know the correct size.UPDATE: I ordered 2 more bags of medium size and they were in fact medium this time. Very pretty. A few broken but looks great in my fireplace.

The stones were beautiful, a polished black stone of varying sizes which I loved. They enhanced my plants in the containers and look rich. I received them so quickly too and was so excited to get them into the planters. Perfect!

Product description and pictures are claiming 140-160 stones per bag. I received 47, and some are broken, the count is way off !

Looked good when received, however I washed them before I put them in my vase. All of the black washed off!! They are now grey stones. Tried contacting seller never got a response back

Very disappointed to receive the item as seen in the picture. Dirty, opened and several broken stones.😡😡😡. Not a decorative stone at all!
