Honey Powder - 1.32 Lb

Wife loves it in her coffee!! Easier to measure than liquid honey. Tastes wonderful!!!!!

I first found this exact product in an Asian grocery store, tried it, and fell in love. I'm thrilled to see I can have it as a Subscribe and Save item, which saves me time and around 20 miles to the one store I know carries it. I'd never heard of honey powder before, but it's terrific. It has a great honey taste without all of the mess.

I found this honey powder overpriced, but I purchased it because I could not find it anywhere else. I like this for cooking over viscous honey since it will not harden and crystalize over time like regular honey. It's more granular than powdery, and melts and tastes the same as viscous honey once heated.

This is a little bit of a strange flavor if you try to use it alone in tea, but VERY good as a sweetener in baking for people trying to avoid cane sugar.Also, it has awesome applications in body products. I make a lovely lip scrub using some of this, shea butter, castor oil, and peppermint- refreshing AND edible. You can also make a super emollient hand scrub (use it as you would sugar in a sugar scrub), add it to dry masks meant to be rehydrated and used at a later time, or mill it to an even finer consistency, mix it with a little corn starch, and make a lovely edible body powder.I end up using this all over the place- on my body, in the kitchen. A++ will buy again when I run out, which might take a while because this container is HUGE.

Honey Powder is exactly what it sounds like ... some of this stuff looks granulated (which is what i was hoping for) but most of it is a dusty powder. The flavor here is a big punch of cane syrup & a slight hint of Honey ... When it comes to Honey powder or granulated honey, make sure you get some with real sugar the cane syrup has that molasses flavor and it takes away from the true taste of Honey. Next time i order i will look for a product with sugar and honey only!

I first tried Honey Powder when I recently visited the Central Coast of California. I love honey but do not seem to use the liquid time before it crystals and have to heat it---to use and it is not sticky -- it is a good product and yes I will buy it again. Easy to store, I use this instead of sugar, you use less than you think just a little but will sweeten whatever drink you use it for. Tea, iced or hot,, Coffee,,smoothies....just try and enjoy I do.
