Love it
When I first was putting it in place I was concerned since the metal is very thin however once I set it up I concluded that its very sturdy. I like the fact that it uses very little space and it can hold the large dinner plates. The trays can easily be pulled out to clean and they do hold significant amount of water without dripping. Personally I use one of my kitchen sinks to drain large pots and pans and this product I use to dry my plates and cups.

One word: Awesome!
In total awe of a dish rack! Yes! I just said a dish rack. It is easy to put together. It is amazingly sturdy enough because it's not even heavy. I had a bunch of cups, plates, pots on it and it held up nicely. No plates dropping or sliding off. Easy to clean too. It has a place for everything. A place for your utensils, a place for your cutlery, a place for your cutting board and of course a place for your cups and plates and for every place there is a drainer that slides right off, scrub and rinse and slide right back in again. Cleans easily. It also holds small pots nicely. Would I recommend? Heck YES! Definitely a great buy.

Space-saver, but overpriced.
Overall, I really like this drying rack. It saves space and looks MUCH nicer than the "regular" one I've been using for the past 6 years. It took me some time to find one that would fit under my upper cabinets, but this one is the perfect size for my kitchen. I did realize after putting it together that I swapped the top and bottom racks - the rack for plates is supposed to be on top. Luckily, it still fits together and works a lot better for me, since the clearance between the top of the rack and my cabinets wouldn't allow for most plates. The plates pictured are 10.5", 8.5", and 6.8", respectively, so even with the racks switched it can fit an average dinner plate reasonably well.My only real issue is that I don't think the price matches the quality. I'm not confident that it will last more than a few years at the most. The plastic drip trays don't fit that well, and the entire thing isn't as sturdy as you might expect for the price tag. That being said, I do really like it and I really want it to last.

Fairly easy to assemble
I can dry and store dishes without getting the counter wet due to the plastic trays under each of the two levels. I also like the cup which holds the flatware to dry. It was fairly easy to assemble. Since I'm not that great at assembling, I was surprised it only took me 25 minutes to put it together. The balancing screw-on leg pegs make it very sturdy.

Missing parts. Seems off or like some of it is upside down
We love it now. Changed the review after using it for a week. I like how it has a section to hold knifes, one for cutting boards. The upper rack to hold plates and the bottom for random stuff. It's a bit on the smaller size. But worth the hassle to put it together. It doesn seem like you put stuff on backwards or wrong. But trust the process.

Couldn't assemble
One of the screw holes wasn't drilled out so I couldn't use a screw to hold it together. I thought everything was great til I found one of the screw holes at the very top wasn't there. There was no hole dried for the screw, instead of sending it back I used some zip ties and it managed to hold it together. I love the dish rack itself except for that one problem. I'm sure I could drill a hole if I wanted to, but as long as the zip ties keeps it together I'm fine with it.Oh make sure you know it's tall, so if you have a cabinet over the area where it will sit your dishes won't be able to be put on the top rack..I read where someone else had that problem and she said she switched out the top and bottom rack but that's not possible since they are different sizes, you'll not be able to screw it together that way.I have just enough room where I can still stand my dishes up at the very front but that's fine for me since I live alone. One more thing, the cutlery drainer sits over to the right a little too far for the water to drain in the drip tray. You could set it inside the bottom rack or just put a towel under it. I still like it, it looks good and serves a purpose.

Sturdy and large
Strong useful drying rack. Love that there is a top and bottom tray for collecting water and love the cutting board holder. My only complaint is the utensils holder. I have a small cup for forks and spoons and a large rack for knives? I can't fit any of my cooking spoons in the slots so they end up in the cup which fills quickly and there is a lot of wasted space in the utensils holder. (My second photo) I wish they would redesign that part. I only use two knives at most when cooking but lots of spoons and things that cannot fit. Please cage the bottom of the utensils holder and open the top so that pot spoons can fit. Also the water catching tray does not extend far enough under the cup so I have to put a tissue under it when I do dishes. Apart from that I really like the dish drainer.

Space saving
It took up less counter space than a traditional dish rack. We loved having it when our dishwasher went kaput. We have passed it on to another home and they love it!My only caution I was always bumping the silverware drain board off when rushing around the kitchen.
