Great sound, ordered 2nd one
I've been using a WI-XB400 with my cell and been fairly satisfied but have trouble with the fit, trying the three sizes back and forth. The sound on these is much fuller and very clear, due no doubt to the slightly bigger drivers - 14.5mm vs 13mm. Also, these have the sport-type rubber tips with the little protrusion the fits into the ear canal so the sound goes straight in and the fit is more solid. One minor drawback is these use micro-USB for charging, rather than the USB-C on the XB400. Anyhow, was immediately so impressed with the sound quality I ordered a 2nd one as a spare, since it seems this has possibly been discontinued.

Great sound
Sounds quality is great, but the fit is not so good. The earpiece is very big and it can fall out from the ear easily

Perfect sports earbuds
I use these earbuds when I’m unicycling. Very comfortable, great sound quality, and they are designed to be open, in the sense that you can hear ambient noise, which is very important for safety when exercising outdoors on roads and bike paths. I love them they are perfect for outdoor sport type usage. Much better sound quality than the cheap $25 earbuds I had before, and they only cost around $50 on Amazon.

Durability is in question
Bought these for my father because he wanted buds with a wire. They lasted about a month before the charging port broke from the device housing. The device seems to be very poorly engineered.

Zoom Fails - Can talk, but can't hear
Largest reason I bought this was Zoom (no problem with other conference platforms) and Dragon Naturally Speaking. You can't hear at all. The microphone does work, though, just use other speakers -- which negates the benefit of moving around. It is awesome, though with Dragon, other apps, even with my phone! I've tried Zoom Support, Sony, etc. No go.As a reminder, it does not support multi-devices.

Great Buds for the Price
The best part of these is that they fit loose inside the ear but stay put. Other inside the ear buds tend to fit really tight and hurt. These are very comfy and you even forget you have them on. One negative thing, the volume is not as hugh. I use then every day on my commute on the train and I find myself unable to hear the show Im watching. When listening to music it tends to be ok though. Overall, a good bang for the buck. I'd get em again.
