JacquardPearl Ex Pigment Series, 12 Color Set 3 Gram Jars Powder for Epoxy Resin, Watercolors, Calligraphy Ink

I have bast experience using pearls, and this product works wonderfully if you know how to use them... I use them mainly for my model cars... they're a little bit in the expensive side, but really good quality... and color from powder is very accurate to when adding to the binder (clear coat), and if you use a good quality top coat, you won't lose any pearlescent effect. Highly recommended.

Very pearlescent and easy to work into any medium. Just be careful not to spill them, it is essentially very very fine glitter which will not come out of carpet or clothing with ease. With proper usage, a wonderful product.

I purchased this to use as color in two part epoxy projects. They exceeded my expectations in every way, colors were bright, metallic was super "shimmering" I did samples of all 12 colors in the set and loved all of them. I use to use very expensive metallic inks to get these results. Not any more. A very little powder goes a long way!

Colors are true and solid. Mix well with any medium with full coverage. A little dab will do.

Great pigment for what I use it for, which is adding color to clear resin. A very minimal amount is required for each cup of resin (about 1/2 oz) to get a lovely shimmering color. Being a newbie with resin and pigmenting resin, I experimented and added quite a bit to one batch of resin to see what would happen. The resin got a bit thicker, naturally, but cured beautifully all the same!Another note is that the package did not say if the pigments could be mixed, but I went ahead and tried that, as well. Seems to work, too!

I purchased both Series 1 and 2 and the range of colors is wonderful. I'm using epoxy resin and casting it into molds often with something embedded. These colors mix very nicely (after a bit of convincing) and produce some spectacular effects. I'm combining them with micro glitter and just delighted with the results. If you have an artistic talent, or just want to appear to have the talent, these colors will do the trick.

Lovely color selection and it brushes on so smoothly and clearly - really easy to control. I use these to do 'faceups' on resin ball jointed dolls - to add gloss, color, and a little sparkle around the lips and eyes. I could not recommend this more to any bjd owners or crafters looking to add that extra shine to clay, resin, or plastic. (It does brush off resin really easily - I use Mr. Super Clear Flat or Volks Powder Spray to seal it on.)

Beautiful colors, with a nice sheen (not over done). I give it 5 stars because these are great colorants. I purchased to use in coloring homemade soap,. The colors faded a lot in the soap. used some to paint the top of my soap, that part really popped and stayed "pretty" true to powder. My observation not for soap colorants but the colors I got would make wonderful colored eyeshadows.Mixed with my oils for soaping, mixed with cream base for shadows.

A little goes a long way. Mixes nicely with epoxy resin and leaves a nice pearl like look. Colours are really vibrant and rich

Colores muy bonitos y con un buen brillo, la única pega es que algunos botes parecen venir bastante más vacíos que otros, no puedo comprobarlo, no tengo una báscula de precisión, pero al abrir los botes algunos están bastante por debajo de la mitad y no veo que sea un tema de apelmazamiento, al menos, a simple vista. Como no es algo que pueda comprobar no le quito ninguna estrella por este tema.

Lovely colours in this set. I've been using Pearl Ex powders for years for beautiful metallic effects, a little definitely goes a long way. Great product that can be used with and on different mediums....from glues, and clear nail varnish to polishes, on paper, wood or fabric etc. An absolute must in my craft cupboard.
