I've taken garcinia cambogia supplements before from the Vitamin Shoppe, but as they are pricier, I decided to buy these instead. My mistake.This product made me feel very strange. Shortly after taking the serving size of three capsules, I started to feel very depressed. I thought it must have been the winter weather, and kept taking them. I noticed after a while that my appetite didn't feel as suppressed as when I'd taken the Vitamin Shoppe garcinia cambogia, and that I was still feeling very depressed. Not just sad, but disinterested in family, friends, my work and activities I normally love. This mood change was so severe, my family asked if I needed help.I read some of the reviews here and saw that a woman had a similar negative reaction to this product. I stopped taking the capsules immediately. The very next day, my mood was more normal. A few more days passed and I was back to my old self. I returned them as soon as I could for a refund.Do not buy this product. Even if some of the other reviewers haven't had a negative experience, don't gamble with your health for a good deal. Even though they are closed capsules and I swallow them quickly, they taste horrible for that 1 second. No after taste however. The capsules are smaller than other brand I have used, but the daily serving size is 3 capsules! I would not buy these again.
