Based off the research I’ve done this brand seems to be one of the very few trustworthy brands of bottled water on the market. It’s been so difficult to find a brand of water that meets my incredibly high standards and has a reasonable price as well, but I believe I’ve found that with Mountain Valley! Out of all the spring waters that I researched, Mountain Valley was the most non-toxic and pure option. They get their water from the Ouachita Mountains in Oklahoma. So you're getting local water (if you're in the US) that isn't being shipped around the world. Mountain Valley regularly publishes the results from their water tests and their water contains no PFAS. I discovered that popular brands like San Pellegrino, Perrier have PFAS (though in very low levels.) I was most shocked when I discovered that Gerolsteiner (which is very popular on the health scene) has been found to contain micro plastics 😔😬. I highly recommend Mountain Valley as it seems to be the cleanest bottled water on the market that I’ve been able to find thus far.Also, if you're going to drink bottled water, it should be in glass bottles. Plastic bottles expose you to microplastics and something called “phthalates” which can mimic estrogen in the body. This can lead to a wide array of negative health issues in both genders but it especially effects males! What I’ve said may sound “extreme” to some but I kindly recommend for you to do your own research on the topics above and come to your own conclusions.Water plays such an important role in our lives and our bodies and having access to clean healthy drinking water is a necessity. It’s extremely unfortunate and sad that it’s become so hard to find safe drinking water. However, if you’re trying to take you and your families health more seriously I highly recommend this brand ❤️

This sparkling water is so good! It’s clean and crisp.You get the carbonation with out all of the extra ingredients. The fizzy bubbles definitely add a pop to your drink. I love drinking it with a hint of fresh squeezed lime juice or with my cocktails.

This stuff is awesome! I don't buy it as often as id like because of the price, but grab a case probably once a month when I see them and enjoy with meals.

The sparkling water is great tasting. Unfortunately, it is quite expensive. I understand the price point as it is only sold in glass bottles, which are infinitely better than plastic but bring the cost up.
