Excellent---Beats a screwlink any day.
When I first started doing vertical work, I purchased a screwlink half round, which worked well for a while, but eventually would get super gunky, rusted, and squeaky. I hated it. You almost needed a pair of pliers to open it. Friends recommended the Omni, which has been wonderful since. It's easy to close and clean. Some say it gets clogged up easily, but I've had no problems. Used it in many muddy places.

Gate can accidentally roll open
The media could not be loaded. I was optimistic this would be a nice addition to my technical rope rescue kit, but I heard stories of people having the gate accidentally roll open on it.After examining the device, this does not seem to be a theoretical risk. It seems quite plausibke that the gate can accidentally open or anything rubs up against the gate.If used, it needs to be used with great caution!

Great carabiner.
Great carabiner... not sure what happened to the 5 free yards of webbing. The webbing certainly isn't crucial, and the rating is reflective of the false advertising than any quality issues.

This is the OMNI TRIACT not OMNI LOCKING.
WARNING: The title of the item says "Omni Locking Carabiner", but the actual carabiner is the TRIACT lock. Perhaps the seller does not know that these are different objects, and the the "Omni Locking" is importantly different from the TRIACT?
