TENAOvernight Super Adult Underwear Pull On Medium Disposable Heavy Absorbency, 72235 - Pack of 14

I bought this 1st small package to try them and see if they worked for me - It took me a while to figure out what size but the seller helped after I contacted them - I'm a short heavy person 170 lbs but the right size is the S/M pkg - it fits snuggly but comfortably at all points, waist, thighs - Extremely absorbent I have been able to sleep for hour without having to get up in the middle of the night as I did before. I've tested it being on my back, sides and belly at different times andI have had no leakage, even with a heavy debit - A few times because I was in bed for more than 10 hrs I had a little bit but I have a pad on my sheet so not a big deal, I no longer have to to wash pj's everyday . The produt is excellent and suits my needs to the T. Tena makes excellent products and for the daytime I use their nightime pads - I have no complaints - I've now bought a larger quantity and it arrives in pkgs of 14 which is easy for me to store and have on hand- The service from the vendor was quick and responsive. Even though I'm annoyed at having to use such a product I'm pleased that this one is of excellent quality. This is my first time using this and at first it was a strange feeling of being wet but it works as it should and the skin doesn't macerate in urine.

Actually provides protection as advertised.

I wear protective underwear when the weather is cold because of urge incontinence. These are heavy enough to provide adequate protection and discreet enough to be worn under khaki pants without anyone noticing.Edit: But they will not absorb a full bladder's worth. This is a partial void product and will not hold more than about 300 mL without leaking. I don't know why they are characterized as "overnight" protection unless they mean that someone only leaks a little at night.Bottom line is that this product is for a little bit of leakage, but not full leakage.

At first hesitant about its gender-less description but it fits--really well. I wear s/m size and medium fits. It's not bulky stiff "night-time" product used in hospitals but in fact it's thinner & stretchier than Tena day-time incontinence products which made me doubt it could do the job. Smart design along the sides (crotch) captures fluids --- for side-sleepers; extended back padding -- for back-sleepers and the extraordinary fluid capacity makes sleeping stress-free. I'm definitely ordering these again. Being able to sleep through the night is worth the higher price.

Definitely a better choice for overnight wear or if person is unmoving for many hours. No leakage during extended periods.

The throwaway Tena overnight pants are excellent. They go on and off easily. They do not leak and are lightweight.

So many adult pull-ups barely cover your whole butt, these ones DO! A+
