Looks and performs as new!
This laptop arrived in excellent condition thanks to the great pillow wrap packaging. The computer looks brand new and performs excellent.After a week or so, it stopped charging and by working with Adam, we discovered the external battery had failed. It would charge fine with it removed but refused to with it installed. Once this was confirmed, a new battery was overnighted to me! This vendor stands behind their product 100%. Top notch products and service.

Excellent
The laptop arrived clean and looks new. I’m using it for work, and it runs super well/fast. The battery is great. I’m using windows 10 and it works just fine, and it will let me install windows 11 if I want! This laptop exceeded my expectations, and I’m really happy to have this laptop after having a Mac of my own that stopped working on me. This was definitely worth the money I spent.The only negative aspects that I have noticed is that I don’t think that the laptop has the finger print feature that it says on the listing. I also cannot connect anything via Bluetooth.

Disappointed is not strong enough!
The laptop arrived with an error message that the battery has failed and the included charger was not compatible with the laptop. I was offered a small discount to keep the item, but the battery (external, because the internal one is missing!) And the charger far exceed the amount of the discount.The seller is non responsive. It functioned ok, but without a battery and charger what is it? The value is not there as there are more headaches. The computer is a big laggy and buggy, not sure why and it was to be refreshed. It looks okay, but you will always have it look good, but not always the best!It was a typical setup, but cannot keep due to no power. Did I mention a bad battery and no charger?

No Internal battery
Mixed review. It didn't have the internal battery, instead it had a weighted plate in its place.... I got this thing really cheap so its hard to complain, but atleast leave the internal battery section empty, damn. Besides that, it's in real good condition. The external battery also passed the lenovo vantage test, so that's good, but I bought an extra external so I could hot swap batteries without the charger plugged in, now I have to go buy an internal battery. Overall I'd still recommend it if you can buy one cheap, mine was $200.

Best computer I've purchased in some time!
Best computer I've purchased in some time! It has all of the basic features I was looking for plus a few extras, like a backlit keyboard and fingerprint reader, for half the price of others I was looking at. Perfect condition and arrived right on time!

Amazing company but more so perfect product
Thinkpad came out well over 6 years ago. The one I received from computer deals was basically brand new and the highest specs. From touch screen to backlit everything was included except the internal battery which they prompted offered to ship out. Very happy with this purchase !!!
