A year and a half and it's still perfect.
I bought this for my business a year and a half ago (at least) and it's still working perfectly. The battery hasn't lost a step, despite leaving it dead about 3 months once. The screen is bright, touch sensitivity is high and it can run multiple applications at the same time and switch between them fast. I use my phone to hit spot and it connects quickly. Best bang your buck laptop out there. It's taken a few drops as well and held up fine. If you're on the fence about buying refurbished, this is a good buy.

Works well
For basic needs it's fantastic. Does lag with too many tabs open . But media plays fine and the pen has been useful for signing documents. Battery life is good depending on whether you are watching videos or GPS based apps

Awesome Chromebook
I needed a decent laptop for work & school, & I definitely found it in those one!! I love it & I highly recommend this one to anyone!! Its so functional & definitely worth it.

Solid 2 in 1 device for the price
It is made very well physically although a bit on the heavy side. I purchased this one over other brands because of the aspect ratio of the screen being wider, which is much more attractive and intuitive to look at in my opinion, especially when in tablet mode. Another thing I like about this device is that it has a solid build, making it more durable than other brands that sell a similar product. The body on this is metal instead of cheap lightweight plastic like on other brands that feel like they will fall apart quickly. My biggest criticism is how poor the forward facing camera is and that when it falls asleep in tablet mode that the screen is not responsive and requires hitting the power button to wake it up.

Enjoying it
So I got this when I was returning to school (again) and my other laptop went crazy. I searched and researched affordable laptops and their practicality. This one was up the list in terms as price and quality, and the fact it was touchscreen had me intrigued. So far, I don’t have complaints other than the short battery life. Overall, I would recommend

Devastated
Opened it, updated it, linked Google account, and starting downloading apps. Then it restarts on it own and keeps showing this. You can't touch or click on anything. Doesn't matter how many times you turn off and back on. You can't do anything.

Product is great, but seller is awesome!
Original product arrived with a small defect in the screen with some dead pixels. Knowing it was a refurbished item, if it was off to the corner or somewhere inconspicuous I would have just let it go, but it was right smack in the middle of the address bar and I just couldn't live with it. Contacted the seller who is very responsive and initially offered me a discount to keep it, but when we couldn't agree on a reasonable discount, seller paid for return shipping and shipped me a new refurbished unit very quickly that appears to be like new after using it for an hour or two today. Thank you DNCL-TECHZONE for being very professional, fast, and standing behind your products!
