Q: How well does this match someone's skin color?

As well as someone's skin color matches the wig.

Q: I plan on painting and glueing some fake horns on it for a darthmaul cosplay would it hold for that?

When I received product it was already torn. I didn’t return because I was desperate, and just made due. I guess you could glue horns on it but it is very flimsy plastic and tears easily. Just beware!

Q: Can i put white color on it? Like for jack skellington.

Yes, white make-up goes on it very nicely. We used them for Uncle Fester in The Addams Family Musical. I found that putting on a light stippled layer of flesh color close to the wearer's natural color helped to blend the white color to their face.

Q: Do you need liquid latex to keep the bald cap on?

We used spirit gum to secure it initially, then used liquid latex to cover the edge and it definitely helps secure it as well.
